During the term of the course, students will learn how art assets are created and implemented.
They will learn the concepts and fundamentals of two-dimensional images and three-dimensional
objects. They will also learn what software and techniques are used with different games and the
concepts of how to apply those techniques in the current video game industry.
One or two of these are from the game Fallout 3. Some other media references would be Mad Max, the Matrix, I Am Legend, Escape from N.Y./L.A., Equilibrium, The Terminator, and Judge Dredd. The list goes on and I'm sure everyone in the room has some relatable experience whether it's film, literature, or new media. Just trying to fuel the fire a bit.
